To access your voicemail you will press the voicemail key on the left side of your phone or Dial *86.

When asked for your Passcode you will enter 15935782 and then you will need to change your passcode which will need to be at least 8 digits. The passcode cannot be sequential numbers (123456, 456789, etc) or be the same number repeated (111111, 222222, etc). After entering your new passcode, press the # key when complete. You will then be prompted to set up your voicemail greetings. Please follow the prompts as indicated to set up each kind of voicemail. Busy, No Answer Call Greeting and Extended Away Greeting. Rules for the password are listed below:

• Must be at least 8 characters/digits, but cannot exceed 12 characters/digits
• Cannot be the your own extension or phone number
• Cannot be the your own extension or phone number reversed
• Cannot be the current password or its reverse
• Cannot contain more than [ 3 ] sequentially ascending digits
• Cannot contain more than [ 3 ] sequentially descending digits
• Cannot be repeating pattern
